Almost all of the meals that are not sandwiches or other bread products are gluten free as the options are mainly meat, sides, and drinks true to Cuban cuisine. Never had a problem eating here and the fries are not fried with any gluten products in the fryer. Not a dedicated kitchen, use caution and read ingredients. Staff knows a little about the options but always ask twice if you’re unsure.
