Not 100% GF, we were told that as a heads up by the staff, was also told they have a lot of people who have Celiac eat there with no problem though. Had a GF sandwich (canyon bakehouse focaccia bread) didn't get sick and tasted good.

The GF focaccia for sandwiches is out of this world tasty! So fun to be able to eat safely at a deli. So convenient downtown!
