The owners claim to be gluten free but they are gluten free for a health trend. They will not get sick but you will. They have gluten free cones but these cone are handled by a staff mostly consistent of high schoolers with no knowledge of gluten free. These high schoolers are also charged with making homemade waffle cones so cross contamination is highly possible. The scoops that are used to scoop the ice cream are stored in a bucket of water to wash them. There are no separate scoops so that scoop has been in the ice cream touched a gluten cone back in the ice cream tub and then into water. As someone who a few crumbs get me sick, I do not trust my health here.
