I had breakfast at the dining car. While they don't have a GF menu, they are knowledgeable about Celiacs. Had poached eggs, fruit and an Excellent GF roll. 👍 I also had dinner there. Again, no GF menu but the waitress checked a 'list' in the kitchen to let me know what was safe. I had the marinated chicken breast with mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was very good. The only GF dessert they offer is ice cream. I'm a sensitive Celiacs and had no reaction to anything I ate here.

Went for breakfast. Limited for celiac (eggs, breakfast potatoes, fruit, bacon) but staff was lovely and food good. Fritz (kitchen manager) came out to make sure all okay, he was knowledgeable about cross contamination and very nice. Gift shop next door is cute and fun. Has petting zoo, carriage rides, etc. next to red caboose motel. would recommend it.
