I called and asked about gluten free options and the woman who answered the phone was very polite but stated they did not have any gluten free options other than keeping bread away from things. I wouldn't consider that gluten free.

Went in for diner, only option was salad. No gf bread, which the rest of the menu relied on.

This is a classic diner, so there aren't a huge amount of options for the gluten free. However, the owner is very good about catering to gluten free needs. I go for breakfast with friends and always get homefries, eggs and bacon - she always cooks my meal in a separate skillet so I don't have to worry about cross contamination on the flat top. I have eaten here several times and I have never gotten sick - Cassidy takes great care of me! It's my favorite place for breakfast and knowing I don't have to worry is wonderful! The coffee is excellent and so is the service!
