Staff was very helpful, some were very knowledgeable but those that weren’t continuously checked with the chef. They knew exactly which salad dressings, sauces, and marinades were gluten free. Everything is homemade so the chef can adjust dishes to make them safe. Very delicious! Went here twice during our long weekend and had good experiences both visits. :)
