Castilla Restaurant and Tapas Bar

We went on two separate occasions. Items on the menu are not marked gluten free. The staff can tell you what is and what isn’t gluten free but we received conflicting information from the staff who both times were given their information from the chef. We did not get sick on either occasion but they need more allergen training
