Catch 22 Restaurant

I am very confused by the posted reviews. I was not given a gluten free menu nor were there any markings on the menu I was given. When I asked the waiter what they had that was gf he suggested “some of the sides”. I then asked about the salmon and he said “oh yea that can be made gluten free”. Not sure how my experience was so different from the other reviews. I will say the food was hot and very delicious. I’m only gluten sensitive but if I were celiac I would not go here.

Gluten free options are marked on the menu. The server checked to be sure the blackened seasoning did not contain gluten for me. I had the catch of the day special with Parmesan risotto and it was delicious! Felt very comfortable ordering here and the service was great

Felt really comfortable and confidant with asking about gluten free options here.

Some of the menu is gluten free, and marked. I got the snow crab legs, which were not marked gluten free but confirmed with the kitchen it would be a safe option. Was very tasty and really enjoyed the meal!

Overall very nice restaurant! Had great service and really enjoyed eating here. Highly recommend if you want a somewhat fancy and safe option in Hilton Head. The staff was very pleasant and overall atmosphere was enjoyable.

Everything is made fresh and one of the owners is the chef. Many dishes can be made gluten free. They are knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend.
