I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I ordered a western omelet and then added a bit of avocado and some fresh veggies from the avocado toast bar. Fairly easy to keep to Keto with a side of berries with unsweetened clotted cream. Hard to tell if any of the other breakfast meats, country potatoes, etc. were gf though.

I stayed at the Hilton on a recent trip to Virginia Beach. I only ate breakfast here. The breakfast buffet has lots of fresh fruit, gluten free yogurt and some gluten free cereals. The buffet also has an omelette included. I asked that the kitchen change the pan and gloves and specified that I needed it to be gluten free. Omelette was good. I did not inquire about the other buffet items due to the high probabilty of cross contamination.

I have eaten here three or four times. This time, as usual, the waiter was very good about checking with the chef about gluten free options. I had Old Bay shrimp, grilled salmon, steamed green beans (no butter), and steamed rapini (no butter). I am Celiac and have dairy and soy allergies (among others). I recommend this place, but I am giving 4 stars because of the limited options (especially sides) for people who also have dairy problems.
