Cathay Pacific — The Pier, Business Lounge

No gluten free food here, besides apples. Asked if any of the hot meals were gluten free, and was served a plate of macaroni - the server confirmed multiple times it was gluten free. I spoke with another staff who advised no hot meals were gluten free, and it was gluten pasta. I fortunately didn’t eat the macaroni. At the Noodle Bar, I asked if there was a gluten free option and was given the vegetarian dumplings. I believe staff are confusing gluten free with vegetarian. Bring your own food.
