Cathedral Ledge Distillery

Disappointed! Very nice place with unique spirits but they are all made with gluten. Things are listed as gluten free and safe for allergies but when you ask vodka is made with wheat then removed. I have Celiac and did not taste any. Workers did not understand some people can still get sick from this process no matter how many parts per million the gluten is. I was made to feel very uncomfortable for not drinking it.
