I called ahead to see if I might be able to eat here, and they told me that their bread is kept in a separate area and the grill was clean, so I gave it a chance. The waitress had no familiarity with celiac, but she was very nice and asked good clarifying questions. I picked some of the safest items on the menu -- steak, house salad, and baked potato. Ranch dressing was hidden valley, so it was safe for the salad. I didn't eat the skin on the potato just to be safe. I'm very sensitive and had no reaction. However, this is not a place I would recommend if you have another alternative.
