Review of Cattleman's Steakhouse at Indian Cliffs Ranch

While they don't have a gf menu, the menu is pretty Celiac friendly. Lots of meat choices, cooked on a safe grill. I opted for the smallest filet and it was delicious. Be sure to try the roasted green chiles as an optional add to your steak - delicious!! The mushrooms are good too. The unlimited sides that come with all dinners include pineapple coleslaw (tasty) and BBQ beans. The server was only minimally knowledgable about gf, so be prepared to ask all the usual questions.
