We went tonight and this place was great! When we checked in with the host we let her know, she put it in the system so everyone knew right away. The gluten free menu was up to date (2 weeks old) and had a TON of things on it. It even listed what could be GF with simple modifications (like no croutons.
They paid attention to it so much that when we ordered a non-gf appetizer for others they served the bread separately as a precaution. It was a different server who was just delivering the food and saw it noted for our table.
They were one of the most accommodating and welcoming places we’ve been that also seemed very safe with a large variety of choices.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

It’s easy to eat gluten free here, and the staff always knows what I’m talking about when I say I have celiac disease. The menu is the same at all locations, and I’ve eaten at nearly all of them! Everyone in the family loves going to Cattlemens!

Eaten here several times. They have a gluten free menu that you need to match up to the regular menu. Ask for no crotons on the salad. Usually get steak and baked potato. Never had gluten issues.

Great steak and potatoes! GF menu is available and most entrees can be ordered without breaded/croutons/flour. Fryer is not dedicated, and kitchen may have cross-contamination.
It’s a steak house, so most of their food was gluten free. They have a gf menu that points out the safe items. I asked for my salad without croutons. Pete’s Special was delicious!

Their staff was very knowledgeable about how to handle my allergies. I asked for a gluten free menu and the manager and kitchen staff were notified. They even made us a special gf potato skin plate (yum) All in all, it’s a great experience.
They have a separate gluten-free menu, but it's really just list of items. You need a regular menu as well in order to read descriptions, sides, etc. I got a steak salad and it was perfect. The waitress also brought a large sample of baked beans that she said were gluten-free, without me asking. They were super tasty. I would definitely go back if I happen to go thru Redding again.
