Review of CAVA

Amazing staff! I have gone to this location a few times & every time I tell them I can’t have any gluten they immediately wash their hands & change gloves. Today, a worker touched my bowl with dirty gloves right before we paid & they remade the entire bowl to ensure I would not get sick. Their bowls are delicious & most of their ingredients are gf. They have an allergen guide QR code at the beginning of the line & are very cautious. This is one of the few restaurants I feel safe eating at & them remaking my bowl today to ensure it was safe solidified that decision. Highly, highly recommend!
