Review of CAVA

Found out recently I most likely have Celiac so I've been told to avoid gluten as much as possible until my follow up appointment. I heard Cava was supposed to be pretty good about allergies and diet restrictions so I tried to eat there, first place I tried to eat out at since I got my results back. I didn't even have to finish saying I have a severe gluten allergy before the girl started taking off her gloves to wash her hands and put new ones on. She also was the only person to touch my order the entire time it was being put together. I didn't experience any symptoms the rest of the day or the day after. I just tried going there again today and it was the same experience, and the girl taking my order today even said that they get a few people with allergies coming through regularly so they take it seriously. I was really glad to hear that and I'm glad that this place is safe for me to eat!
