Review of CAVA

Highly on the fence here. CC is of great concern, staff is hit or miss, the sauces don’t agree with most celiacs I know, they put COUS COUS on my GF bowl last night and didn’t even blink an eye about it. My husband accidentally ordered it and they never even corrected him. I would say unless an actual educated manager makes your food, I would steer clear. Such a bummer because the food is very good.
