Review of CAVA

NO NO NO. The food looks absolutely delicious. We saw people sitting on the patio while we were out shopping, and I had heard the one in Charlotte was fabulous for Celiac folks. We went into order, my daughter told the cashier that she had Celiac, well I will just say that no one behind the counter was really sure what that was. They thought it might have something to do with gluten, so they all began searching for the gluten-free menu, found it, and then started questioning each other about it. That’s when we told them thank you but we’re going to pass. It was obvious that they had not been trained by management on how to prepare or handle food for those with Celiac.
