Review of CAVA

I ordered a build-your-own bowl with GF ingredients and did not get sick. A notable plus is that the food bins each have their own tools, so you shouldn't have someone who just grabbed a pita putting their gluteny gloves on your lettuce. Some ingredients are not GF so definitely check the online allergen list first.
