Review of CAVA

Helps to time you visit to avoid peak rush. I am celiac and do eat here but I try to come before the lunch rush and avoid the area of the buffet where the pita crisps are. Basically all toppings are gf but there are pitas present and pita chips as a topping option. They change gloves but do not pull toppings from the back of the restaurant or anything if you have an allergy.
