Enjoyed a terrific meal at Cavas on a Friday evening. The Latin-oriented Tapas menu clearly indicates many GF items, and the staff is very knowledgeable about GF prep issues. The food was outstanding, delivered to the table one item at a time to allow for sharing. The small, intimate space only seats 16 people and Cavas is only open a few nights each week, so reservations are a must. Service for our meal was excellent, and the Chef, Ana, stopped at our table several times to discuss our plates. Expensive, but well worth it for a unique, delicious and safe dining experience.
