Such a difference dining somewhere without a single worry of cross-contamination. Husband and I split the octopus and eggplant appetizers and the chicken thigh noodle dish and marrow burger for dinner. Dessert was almond cake and crumble cake. All amazing.

We had a really good meal. My son, who is celiac, had his first burger in 6 months! And the burger was amazing - carmelized onions, nice bun, juicy. The truffle fries were great and so were the steaks and crispy brussels sprouts. We will be back!!

Cave' Bistro is amazing! Completely GF restaurant. For an appetizer, the small plate octopus served with salsa verde was cooked to perfection. The portion was large enough to share. The marrow burger with bacon onion jam and cheddar was the best burger I have ever had. And the truffle fries were the perfect accompaniment. We shared the almond cake for dessert which was light, moist and delicious. Last but not least, Meg was a great waitperson and a wonderful representative of the restaurant! She was pleasant, made knowledgeable suggestions and was very conscientious of our needs. Definitely returning to taste some more of this varied and delicious menu which was so hard to choose from!

Update: Over the last ten years I have been to every dedicated GF spot in the area(sadly I’ve seen more than a few close their doors). Chef Doug is by far the best around. Celiac or not, you will love this place. Great food, great location, kind people. Give Cave’ a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was amazing! So many options, dedicated GF and delicious food. I craved the food long after. My hubby and I each had different burgers that were the best we ever had! Pilot kombucha was a nice add on that I haven’t seen before. The desserts were scrumptious as well. I’ve never had such an addictive Cesar salad before...could eat that every day. Chill vibe, friendly staff, great pricing and outstanding food! Will find a reason to be able to return!

My husband and I had the tacos, both pork and brisket. Also shared a giant oatmeal cream cookie. All delicious, safe, and a cozy atmosphere with attentive service. They have weekly take home meals available for a good price as well. Wish we lived closer! Will definitely be back when in the area!

We had the pleasure of eating at Cave Bistro last night. I have celiac disease so you can imagine my excitement upon finding a 100% gluten free restaurant nearby! There were four of us for dinner and a baby. We started with the sliders on plantain and the brisket tacos. The plaintain was the perfect foil to the beef slider adding just the right touch of sweetness. The tacos were served with pickled onion and were fabulous. For Our entrees, two of us had the hangar steak special and the other two had the burger with duck. All four of us were raving about our meals. For dessert I had the Spanish almond cake which was sublime! I will definitely be returning often to this wonderful restaurant!

Wow! The food was amazing here. It was so nice to eat whatever I wanted and not have to worry. My boyfriend said the food was incredible and he’s not even gluten free. I got a burger that came with a potato flour bun, and it wasn’t soggy or overly dry. The sriracha sauce was amazing and not very spicy, but just added a little something to the dish. Delicious, I can’t wait to go back!

100% GF. Food is delicious and always fresh. A very reliable place to go for lunch or dinner or Sunday brunch. Only negative is for those of us who are on the AIP diet the great menu offering is somewhat limited because nightshades are very prevalent and the chef is adamant about “No Substitutions”. You can omit an item that accompanies your entre but you cannot swap a carrot or kale offering for a nightshade veg.

Outstanding! The food is amazing, the entire place is gluten-free and mostly dairy free and it’s creative and delicious and I can’t wait to go back! The staff is very attentive. What a delight to find a farm to table, gluten-free restaurant on vacation! Did I mention the homemade, dairy free gf Twix bar and warm nut butter brownie at the end of the meal were absolute heaven!

Went here for Valentine's day and there was two options, filet mignon and salmon. The beef was out of this world. The Salmon was good but nothing special. The meals were steeply priced. I think it was about $80 per person for a three course meal.

I'm giving two stars because of the service. The chef came out to talk obnoxiously loud to the couple next to us. The guy is belly laughing and has the nerve to lean on my chair while talking. This was supposed to be a romantic evening away from the kids with my wife.. and I have this overly gregarious chef hooting and hollering in my ear and wobbling my chair. Maybe he was drunk, I don't know.. but it was extremely unprofessional.

I was so impressed by this place! Service was very friendly, location is accessible and food is phenomenal!! We had the burgers, Know Better Burger and the Turkey Jerky which were made to perfection and the spices were explosive, especially the Turkey Jerky! Bun I. The Know Better Burger was light and fluffy, not too thick and not too thin. And the sweet potato salad is like nothing I have ever tasted! Will definitely revisit!
