They serve Velvet brand ice cream. The server was very nice and informed me that four flavors were GF (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, butter pecan). I requested a scoop of vanilla from a new tub in the back, with glove change and clean scoop. The server also said she grabbed a plastic spoon from the bottom of their box. My celiac child did not get sick.

The staff were very friendly, had a printed gluten free list of flavors and were happy to use a clean scoop and take off the top layer of ice cream (just in case).
