I know a lot about Mexican cuisine because I prepare authentic food at home and their homemade corn tortillas are blended with wheat flour, although the waiter tried to convince me otherwise. Their tortillas are stretchy and smooth, unlike 100% corn tortillas that have texture. The chips are fried in the same oil that flour-based foods are, also, which is typical in many restaurants.

Agreed with Kim. They are knowledgeable of gluten for the most part, but do not have any menu items that are 100% gluten free. I was even scared to try the chips they bring out because they were uncertain.
VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! They do NOT have a GF menu!!! The only thing GF they have to offer is a cheese enchilada with no sauce! All of their meats are cooked in a broth that has gluten. This restaurant should NOT be listed on the Find Me Gluten Free app. T

Can accommodate many items. Order without the regular sauces and replace with queso blanco or salsa. Corn tortillas available.
