Went with my son who has celiac. Each ice cream has a laminated page with ingredients that I was able to review. Sign posting gluten free cones on wall. Used clean spoon and I was able to request new ice cream container to make sure no contamination.

The staff was very knowledgeable and they have awhile allergen list that you can look through which lists which ice creams are GF and which aren’t. They clean the scoops in between and they GF cones!! Woohoo 🥰
