Review of Cebu Bar & Bistro

Very attentive waitstaff. Managers who understand celiac. I had the steak skewers for an appetizer and the flat iron steak as an entree (can't do shellfish or else I would have devoured the octopus). The food is delicious and the people are great! So glad to have a safe place to eat in the neighborhood! Looking forward to trying the Brick Chicken next time.

Update: on my request, they replaced Omission with Glutenberg. They have taken great pains to be celiac friendly, including gf pasta. I’ve eaten here four times now with zero reaction and very happy taste buds each time.
