Delicious food! The vast majority of the menu is gluten free. Staff was super kind and knowledgeable. Be advised that they do not have a dedicated GF fryer, so the falafel is subject to cross contamination.

I went to Cedar Palace with a group of friends and was a little worried about my gluten intolerance being an issue. I was fully prepared to just order a salad; however, when I got there the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! Majority of their menu is gluten free including their falafel (which has been so hard to find in Lincoln Park). The waitress explained that the only things that contained gluten were the Pita Bread/Pita Chips, Tabbouleh, Meat Boorak, Potato Boorak, Bulgar Wheat, Kibbeh and Chicken Kafta. EVERYTHING ELSE IS GLUTEN FREE!!!

The entire staff was super patient and really took the time to help us pick what would be best for me. Everything was beyond delicious and flavorful!! Literally the best Middle Eastern restaurant in the entire city and I’ll definitely be back.
