I ended up paying for my drink and leaving. They label loads gf on the menu and it’s not actually gluten free. I asked about the falafel which said gluten free, I asked about the fryer, she was like yeah it’s fine, then I asked in more detail and she told me that they fry loads of other (gluten filled) things in there. I asked about the hummus and what I would get with it she told me bread. She had no idea and ended up asking me what gluten was. I don’t mind having to ask more questions but I feel like they shouldn’t use the term gluten free if they don’t know!

Lot’s of GF choices clearly marked on the menu. Family business, excellent healthy cooking from scratch. Delicious and comfortable. Fish, kabobs, cornish hen (my favorite!) and much more.

We were driving back from Tallahassee and I had not eaten a meal all day. I was afraid to eat anywhere. I had nuts, chips, milk, etc during the drive. By 6 pm I was literally shutting down. We got off the highway and made it here. I asked for hot tea as I was shutting down and he immediately brought me the tea. I had grilled shrimp and rice and fresh vege’s it was delicious. My bf ordered the ground meat on a stick(also marked gluten free) plus he had the gluten pita breads. He does not eat most vege’s so the gave him an order of fries and did not charge for them. Items are marked on menu for gf and vegetarian and vegan options. The waiter was not knowledgeable about gluten free and he went and asked and made me feel safe to eat. I am so grateful to have had the first real meal in 2 days and no cross contamination. Thank you Cedars. They did have many options too. I left very pleased.

Food was delicious and appears to be safe. Wait it was knowledgeable. Only problem was that there were two cigar smokers (who often are there, apparently) on the patio and we had to move indoors.

Halal gluten free meals available. Tried a couple of times with no issues. All meat and rice dishes are gluten free. Bread not made in the restaurant. (They use store bought bread) and it’s warmed up in a oven that is not in the kitchen. Waiter was very informative. Food tasted great
