Went for dinner. When I asked the server about GF options, the toast was recommended. When I specified that I could not eat wheat, the toast was nixed and the paneer was recommended. Asked to speak with someone in the kitchen and was assured that was not necessary. Asked if the chat was in a shared fryer and told it was. I didn’t trust that anything was GF and ate nothing. Had the old celiac experience of sitting hungry while everyone else enjoyed the food.
