My husband (GF pescatarian) and I (GF) enjoyed one of our favorite GF meals we've ever had here last weekend.
The chicken and waffles (GF by design, and amazingly delicious and CRUNCHY!) are also available as a vegetarian option if you sub out the chicken for yummy fried cauliflower. We ordered it both ways, and found both to be everything you could want...crunchy, sweet, slightly spicy, smoky and delicious.
We also enjoyed the mushroom flatbread (vegetarian by design, GF option) and kimchee fries (GF by design, we asked for vegetarian fries as they are usually fried in wagyu beef tallow - I will try those on another visit, as we really wanted to share some small plates on our first visit).
The service was impeccable (thank you so much, Emmitt!), the cocktails and wine list terrific, and we felt very safe with their covid precautions.
