Went in tonight inquired about gluten free options. The first person had basically zero idea what was gluten free and asked a line cook. He said that they can’t guarantee anything as safe for a celiac as their chips and flour tortillas are from the same place. He said that their food isn’t safe for someone with celiac.

We tried this restaurant while in town based on the reviews in this app. We had a lot of confidence in the food being celiac safe. The service was friendly and attentive. Everyone in our group (GF and not GF) enjoued their meal.

I decided to check this spot after several recommendations from other celiacs. I was not disappointed! I called beforehand and the guy on the phone (sorry didn't catch his name but he was great!) was able to tell me which items are not gluten free because most of their menu is gluten free! After arriving we were greeted by the same friendly guy who asked if we were to were the people who called ahead about celiac. He then explained their cross contamination procedures to my liking. I was pleasantly surprised that the chips and salsa were gf since that is a bit or miss at most restaurants. I ordered a traditional carne asada bowl and it was on point! The carne asada was tender and juicy, the cheese was gooey and amazing and the beans and rice were a great base. It actually was wonderful paired with the chips that were already at our table; I felt like I was eating wonderful carne asada nachos! There was an ample amount of guacamole on top as well. Everything was priced very reasonably, the portion sizes were large and the service was quick (there was only counter service but the staff still refilled our drinks for us promptly.) My whole little family enjoyed our meal and we will definitely be back.

I had the Chile Relleno and the fish taco. The only sauce that’s safe is the red sauce- it is delicious. Waitress Tracy was super friendly and helpful. Tortilla chips are safe. Lots of safe and tasty menu options. Would def come back.
