Their website denotes what flavors are gluten free (with an asterisk), but it didn't look completely accurate as their cheesecake flavors did not have an asterisk. The servers are not familiar with cross contact and were not receptive to changing any current practices to try to increase my comfort. If informed of an allergy, they simply wash their scoop and reference their internal list of what is allergen-friendly. No new tub of ice cream, no follow up questions or conversations. Very unfortunately, it's best to avoid here.
