Waiter acted very accommodating by helping choose a dish that could be made gluten free, but i got severely sick after eating it. When we called the owners next day to explain what happened, they said they were unsure what gluten free/ celiac disease even was.

Gluten free Swiss Miss hot chocolate, has a gluten free bun made by a local bakery. Unsure if they had a toaster, I asked them to griddle it.
