Lots of options!
I got a few things from the prepared foods deli, read the ingredients lists closely, and still wound up with hives from my wheat allergy. I’m guessing cross contamination on prep surfaces is to blame. Thank god for Benadryl.

Such an amazing experience well worth the drive. There is an entire isle devoted to GF products. Some additional items are sprinkled throughout the isles as well that is GF. The meat, fish and produce isles makes your mouth water. The variety is so vast that you shop with your eyes and stomach. There is a wide variety of wine and freezer isles that has any and all allergy need frozen foods. The bakery is amazing and has an aroma that even for someone with Celiac makes your mouth water. Central Market also has a deli where you can buy on the go items, gelato, coffee, fresh order sandwiches and so much more. This is a dream of a place to shop at and made my Celiac stomach and heart giddy to try more. Try it, you will not be sorry!

Pretty terrible for allergies. Pretty much stick with a salad so not great for kids. If you're meeting others just pick up tacos across the street at taco shack (allergy friendly) and way them at the central market playground.

Staff was not knowledgeable. I found one guy who knew that they didn’t have a gluten free menu but could “leave off bread” didn’t have gluten free options and it’s a freaking grocery store that specializes in special things. So disappointed.

I am in town for two weeks, staying at a local hotel with a kitchenette, so I came here to stock up on groceries. I was hungry for something quick that evening. While there weren’t a TON of gluten free options in the deli, I chose pre-packed roasted Brussels sprouts and a piece of salmon from the deli. Both were delicious and didn’t make me sick!! Good gf grocery options!
