Central Standard

While Central Standard has a gluten free menu, everything is Cross-contaminated. Bread and tortillas are toasted on the same grill as the burger patties. Onion rings are in the same fryer as the French fries. Basically I could not eat anything so I left and went elsewhere. Very dissapointed!

No dedicated fryer. No gf menu. Make sure to tell them not to toast the gf bun on the grill with other buns.

The fryer is not gluten free. They came out and told me straight that the fryer is used for all battered items. Disappointing. I came here based on the one review There is no gluten free menu and items are not marked at all. Basically nothing available!
