We used the online ordering, trying to cross reference the menu, which was clearly marked. They called me up to check on some of the options, mentioning that there was beer in one of their sauces (which I didn't see but it did say) and to explain that they were temporarily sharing the fryer with gluten ingredients - which they substituted on the spot for both items. He also mentioned when we picked it up that they wanted to restore a dedicated GF fryer, so call ahead and it might be an option in the future.

The tacos were really good - amazing corn tortillas, much thicker than most and were able to hold together for 4/6 tacos - street corn tortillas generally crumble immediately. Overall, some of the best tacos I've had in the PNW.

Helpful staff, tasty ingredients, would definitely go again.
