Yes our fryer is 100% GF but we fry gluten in it. Yes, all the meat is GF! We marinate the barbacoa in beer, if that matters?

The clincher, though, was when my meal, which was marked to pan fry and treat with allergy precautions, was put on the fryer instead. We left, they clearly aren't Celiac safe. Cannot recommend to anyone with Celiac.
