Changing my review from previous year... Different gf crust is not that good. Also, they no longer prepare it in a different space. Very unfortunate. Great gf pizzas! Must try the arugula prosciutto and parmesan salad too! Oh and for dessert, the Nutella pizza.

Gluten free pizza is made separately and gluten free and Celiac are marked on the order.

We called in an order for The White Pie with arugula and mushrooms blonde (lightly baked), Pollo Rustico, Cheese Pizza, Arugula Salad, and for dessert we ordered the Nutella Piegato. All gf of course.

Updated as of April 1, 2024, we have now ordered from Centro over 20 times, sometimes we order in, sometimes we order to go. My son and I have CD and are highly sensitive unfortunately and get extremely sick easily and have never had any issues with their gf pizza. It does take longer to come out than regular gf pizza because it is cooked separately with nothing else in the oven. They do not make the gf crust in house. The last time I was there, the server explained they order it from somewhere else (which made me feel even better honestly).

NOT Celiac Safe but great if you can handle a little bit of gluten! If you’re super sensitive to gluten I wouldn’t recommend even stepping in the restaurant. I got a soda and there was flour on the cups.

My favorite place in town! Delicious salads (especially love the Gorgonzola Salad) and really interesting and tasty specialty pizzas. They do their best to avoid cross contamination too.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! Very good at handling our GF diner. One of the best pizzas this Chicagoan has ever had! Delicious. Stayed healthy too!

The gluten free pizza was amazing! I don’t believe they have a dedicated GF area, you may have to check. But I didn’t have any type of reaction after eating there. Can’t wait to go back!
