MANY gluten free items marked on the menu, and you can mark “gluten allergy” on each item in your order (I have celiac). Ordering happens at the front counter or from your phone at the table.
Opting to order at the front counter seems like a good strategy to ask questions and raise awareness of dietary needs.
They have a dedicated fryer, so chips, fries, tater tots, etc are actually GF.
Most (but not all) allergy orders were marked at the table using a “special preparation” yellow tag, and GF items came on trays next gluten items (for example, my GF yuca fries were set on the table on the same tray with my husband’s burger). The next time I ate here, I ordered first so that our food didn’t come out mixed. All the food is delivered very fast.
We have eaten here several times since it opened. They also have a decent kids menu, shown on the website.
