They are knowledgeable about cross contamination and know to change gloves/utensils/etc. without being prompted. There is a separate space in the kitchen and separate fryer for GF.
I had chips and salsa, empanadas, and tacos. Seriously delicious! There are many other options, such as cheese enchiladas and salads.
