I always feel very safe eating here- the waiters are very knowledgeable and I've never gotten sick. The food and drinks are awesome, and prices are great. For fellow celiacs & those with wheat/gluten allergies- on the menu it says spring rolls are gluten free, but there is no dedicated fryer. Also, peanut hoisin sauce has gluten. The (shrimp, not tofu) summer rolls can be gluten free just ask for no peanut sauce on the side- I always get fish sauce instead. Most of the pho dishes are gluten free, just don't put any hoisin sauce. Also, waiter advised eggs have cross contamination due to shared pan oil.
