Review of Chai Pani

Went to today for lunch and they had a buffet. I explained I had a wheat allergy (celiac) and couldn’t have cross contaminated food. She assured me that everything labeled GF which was 80% was completely gluten free. The food was absolutely delish. I am asymptomatic celiac so I do not know if it actually had gluten, the hostess seemed very knowledgeable and aware of my situation
