Champy's World Famous Fried Chicken

I ate a Champy’s a little before being diagnosed Celiac. Went today and asked for GF menu. They do not offer one and said that all of their salads are GF just don’t get chicken on them. The chicken is breaded. I knew from my research that the tamales are free of gluten ingredients, but they won’t tell you that. Don’t know why, maybe cross-contamination in the kitchen? Anyway, I ate tamales and no reaction.
