Review of Chang Brother's Chinese Restaurant

When I made a request for no soy sauce in a dish (to make it gluten free), I was specifically asked if there was an allergy. I said yes and explained. They made certain there was no soy sauce or cross contamination per my request, and boy was it delish!

We LOVE Chang Bros. and I was so happy that they accommodated my gluten free (no soy sauce) request and how cautious they were about it.
