New Dosa and Biriyani restaurant in Commerce Court Food Court. Great Masala Dosa made in front of you. Crispy, tasty, delicious. Dosa tastes exactly like the best ones I’ve had in Scarborough and Markham. Only Dosa restaurant in downtown Toronto. Confidant it is celiac safe.
