Creative food in industrial space. Most of the menu could be made gf. Been twice and no issues either time, and tons of ordering options.

I've eaten at Charcoal twice now and the service and food were great both times. They have a good variety of GF dishes. I've had the salmon, roasted carrots, and butternut squash soup, which were all delicious. In terms of safety, I emailed them ahead of time to let them know I had celiac and the manager was very accommodating and let me know the kitchen would wipe down surface areas before handling my dishes. I also let my waiters know I had celiac and they let the kitchen know. I felt safe eating here and I plan to return but I'm not reactive to gluten so I can't confirm if I may have been accidentally exposed to gluten or not.
