Peruvian owner but food options are from various countries. Chicken is prepared in several ways; the Sajji and Charga chicken are GF/DF. Owner says all Peruvian chicken uses soy sauce in marinade, so beware of other places. 75% of sides are GF/DF and include beans, rice, lentils, chickpeas, grilled vegetables, plantains, yucca, spinach, etc. Many sauces are available but half contain yogurt. Owner is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the menu options.
