A nice bar/restaurant with a lot of Willie Nelson memorabilia. It has options for GF substitutions in the pizza and burger sections. It also has sushi which can easily be adapted to GF, just ask for no tempura or soy sauce. It has a communal fryer though so the highly sensitive should be cautious.
