Their potato skins are labeled gluten free. It says on the menu that some other items can be made gluten free, just ask. They do have bacon bits on them that are hopefully gluten free as it says the item is.
I asked the waitress if the tortilla chips in the nacho appetizer had wheat in them. She said they were corn tortilla chips. I said I know but sometimes they contain wheat. She didn’t want to check and just said she didn’t know.
Another waiter delivered tortilla chips to my friend so I asked him. He said they were corn tortilla chips and I think he said they were fried separately (it was loud and hard to hear). I ate a couple of them with the cheese and toppings and haven’t had a reaction yet.
I also ate a couple of tortilla chips. I did not eat a full dinner but I had their tropical rum punch and the ingredients seemed to be gluten free.
Overall the experience was “iffy”. The waitress and waiter were very busy. I was somewhat reassured when the waiter brought up the fryer that he had some idea what I was asking about. I feel pretty good so far so I don’t think I ate gluten.
