Beware cross contamination here! I ate a burger and was sick within the hour. EDIT: I was very ill for 2 days and still recovering after 3 more after eating here. If you are celiac, or very sensitive I would recommend that you avoid this place! I'm not sure why they are on this app at all.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Average

First of all, Charlie's has a dedicated Gluten Free fryer! Second, they have Gluten Free bread to substitute a gluten roll and there is no extra charge! Third, their hot sauce is Gluten Free. And fourth and most importantly, the staff is trained about Gluten allergies. This is good as we Celiacs have been told to use the word allergy in restaurant settings. They seem to be knowledgeable or will ask the cook if they are unsure about whether or not the food is Gluten Free. Cooks and servers change their gloves when dealing with Gluten Free food. I felt very safe and comfortable eating at Charlie's. Good job to Charlie's!

Told them I had an allergy and was told they could accommodate me. I had a milkshake and sandwich and got sick. Noticed after I started drinking my milkshake that they use the same container and scoop for the cookie dough as they did everything else. Don't trust this business and the service was rude. Get better employees rather than young kids who don't care about your business.
